Service Booking & Reservations
Our reservation team is available 24/7 to assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and service customization. We strive to deliver reliable and professional transport services that meet customer expectations.
All prices displayed on our website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). However, rates may vary for customized routes, intercity transfers, inbound or outbound journeys from Dubai. For such services, clients are advised to contact our team for accurate quotations.
Online Inquiries & Confirmations
All online booking requests received through our website, email, or phone are subject to availability and confirmation. In the event of a pricing, duration, or service detail error displayed on the website, MBR Dubai reserves the right to correct the mistake. If an overpayment occurs due to such an error, a refund will be issued accordingly.
Privacy & Data Protection
MBR Dubai values customer privacy. All personal information shared during inquiries or bookings—including name, phone number, email address, location, and age—is securely stored and used solely for booking confirmation and service delivery.
We do not sell, share, or trade customer information with third parties under any circumstances.
Return Trips & Waiting Time Policy
For round-trip services within or outside Dubai, additional charges may apply, including waiting time fees.
- Waiting time up to 3 hours is included at no extra cost
- Waiting beyond 3 hours will be charged on an hourly basis
- Applicable hourly rates are clearly mentioned on our website or shared during booking confirmation
Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, clients are required to pay 25% or 50% advance payment, depending on the service type. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival or service commencement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations or booking changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- This policy also applies to bookings made within 12 hours of pickup
- Failure to cancel within the allowed timeframe may result in full service charges
- If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the customer is unavailable or unresponsive, the **full booking amount will be charged.
- Wedding transportation bookings may follow different cancellation terms
Complaints & Service Issues
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Any service-related complaints should be reported immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or our official email. Our support team will address and resolve issues promptly.
Fraud Prevention & Security Checks
All payments must be authorized by the cardholder whose details were used during booking. MBR Dubai reserves the right to cancel a booking if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to:
- Inability to verify booking or cardholder details
- Suspicious or inconsistent information
- Failure to provide required identification details
If fraud is confirmed, the booking will be canceled and reported to the relevant authorities or fraud prevention departments.
